Dr. Svenja Schröder is an expert in Requirements Engineering, User Experience (UX), and Digital Innovation, with a strong focus on human-centered and ethical software development. After earning her PhD from the University of Vienna and receiving multiple awards, she moved from academic research into industry to bring scientific insights into practical application. As Head of Requirements Engineering at msg Plaut Austria, she drives the creation of ethical, user-centered digital products and is a promoter of the Digital Humanism movement.
